1Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 3777bd website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services available at https://3777bd.im.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, live dealer tables, and any other products offered by 3777bd.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Member's account wallet, denominated in BDT.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country or jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any of the Services offered by 3777bd. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and automated systems may not register as Members.

2.3 You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.4 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

2.5 3777bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time specified by the support team may result in account restriction or closure.

2.6 Only one account per Member is permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, 3777bd may merge balances, close the duplicate accounts, and void any bonuses or winnings generated through the duplicate account.

3Account Management

3.1 Members are solely responsible for all activity carried out through their account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any third party.

3.2 You must notify 3777bd immediately at [email protected] if you have reason to believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received and confirmed, 3777bd is not liable for any losses incurred through unauthorised use.

3.3 3777bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion, or associated with a Prohibited Territory, without prior notice and without liability.

3.4 Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (net of any applicable pending withdrawal processing fees) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the 3777bd Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Availability of specific channels is subject to change; refer to the cashier section for the current list.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 3777bd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, network congestion, or bank processing times.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe displayed in the cashier section. 3777bd may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending verification of identity, source of funds, or wagering requirement completion.

4.5 Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 3777bd reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal to a different payment method.

4.6 Members must not use the Platform as a mechanism for transferring funds between payment accounts. Any deposit that is not followed by genuine gaming activity may be treated as suspicious and referred to the Platform's anti-money-laundering team.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 3777bd offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

5.2 Welcome packages may offer up to ৳20,000 in matched bonus funds. The exact match percentage, maximum bonus cap, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period are set out in the individual promotion page.

5.3 Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Real-money funds and bonus funds are managed separately in your account wallet. Real-money funds may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to any applicable verification requirements.

5.4 The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Placing opposing bets (hedging or arbitrage) to artificially satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Exploiting technical errors, display bugs, or pricing mistakes on the Platform.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members to manufacture qualifying betting activity.

5.5 3777bd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been credited to a Member's account before such amendment, the terms in effect at the time of crediting shall apply to that Member for that promotion.

6Gaming Rules & Betting

6.1 All games on the 3777bd Platform — including slot games, live casino tables, crash games such as Space Max and Tongits Go, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider or by 3777bd's own sports betting rules, as applicable.

6.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Member's device and the result recorded on the 3777bd server, the server record shall be the definitive result for all settlement purposes.

6.3 3777bd reserves the right to void any bet or game round that is affected by a technical error, data feed failure, software malfunction, or human error in odds compilation. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's account balance.

6.4 Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a result reversal or disqualification after initial settlement, 3777bd reserves the right to re-settle affected markets accordingly.

6.5 Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and game categories. Current limits are displayed in the relevant game lobby or betting market. 3777bd reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Member account without prior notice or explanation.

7Responsible Gaming

7.1 3777bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Members are encouraged to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods through the account settings panel.

7.2 If a Member requests a self-exclusion, 3777bd will take reasonable steps to ensure that the Member is excluded from all marketing communications and is prevented from logging into their account for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion periods of a minimum of 30 days up to a permanent self-exclusion are available.

7.4 3777bd will not knowingly allow a self-excluded Member to re-register or re-activate a closed account during the active exclusion period. It is, however, the Member's responsibility to refrain from attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures.

8Prohibited Conduct

Members must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to defraud 3777bd or other Members through false representations, chargebacks, or manipulation of payment systems.
• Using software tools — including but not limited to bots, scrapers, data-mining tools, or automated click scripts — to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's infrastructure, other Members' accounts, or 3777bd's internal systems.
• Colluding with other Members to fix game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker variants, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game or betting market.
• Posting or transmitting any offensive, defamatory, or harmful content through any communication channel on the Platform.

Any violation of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

9Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 3777bd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game assets, data compilations, and software — is the property of 3777bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without prior written consent from 3777bd.

10Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3777bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of the Platform.

10.2 3777bd's total liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 3777bd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11Privacy & Data Protection

3777bd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12Amendments to Terms

3777bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 3777bd will provide at least 7 days' notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where possible, by notifying registered Members via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 3777bd's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
